didn't help...

maybe i'm not being forceful enough, but i don't want to start beating him up!

too much join up (not that i've done a lot towards getting that!)

    Wish I were there to offer some ideas, but I'd need to see what was going on. Sounds as if he's just not getting the message...either you're not clear about it, or he simply doesn't understand.

    Any prospect of a lesson in the near future??
