gales still stopping play

and the temperature has plummetted to about 7 degrees C due to windchill, mostly, and there was a vague hint of sleet tonight. mad.

    Sleet!? We saw sleet on our bike ride three weeks ago. I can do without that form of precip. I can hear the wind howling as I type.
