lovely day, mud dried up, so he went out rugless.... of course, as usual, first order of business was a roll, but a DRY roll! and he was fine...
bit concerned about his legs - seem to have lost some hair off the inside of his near hind, in a line up from fetlock to hock. i reckon it's standing in that horrid stuff near the gateway, happily that's drying up too ... Molly did the same a couple of winters ago....will keep a close eye on that though. it definitely wasn't like that saturday...
Why is it that horses somehow always find a way to puzzle us with scrapes and such? Hope it's just the mud/muck and not an injury.
