still no car back

and they still don't know what's wrong with it.

if i don't have it for friday i can't go to office christmas party. if it won't be ready, think i'll hire one for the weekend as need transport over the weekend...

not happy.

    It must be electronic/computer for the diagnosis to be so elusive. Won't they give you a loaner?

    They need to give you a loaner. You should not have to rent one.
