a night off from swimming

a friend who's also a physio came to visit, we spent most time talking horses; turns out she used to keep hers at yard i'm on - time she went, partner home so no point going back out swimming or wouldn't have eaten until goodness knows what time....

    usually, of course, allison isn't home tuesday nights and i would have gone after, but her tuesday night event was cancelled because of half term.....
