Oh my, that is pretty damning. If I read it right, it was going to cost him some $500,000 in damages, all for a horse he sold for $480,000 and lied about that sale price. If he'd been honest, he probably would have made a nice commission and been just fine. What a creep.

I agree. And he wants to sue for libel now? Not exactly a stellar citizen.
