Have you tried playing MahJong on the computer yet? That and Freecell keep me occupied.
Took a while for me to be able to read after the anesthesia, but then I read a bunch of books. You could try teaching Nessie some tricks? Clicker training for cats? That could take a lifetime.
Hope the rest of you is starting to feel better, though. Those bruises can certainly ache.
I am not surprised! Must be something that needs to be done that you can do now. It's better if it's something you don't want to do because then you feel like you have accomplished even more.
